A Leisure Time Charters gift certificate is an easy way to put a Lake Erie fishing trip on someone's calendar-even if they haven't picked the date yet. You simply cover the $150 deposit, and they get to choose the outing and an available day that fits their schedule.
We've seen these work wonderfully for all kinds of folks: dads who already have every gadget in the tackle box, grandparents who'd rather make memories with the grandkids, co‑workers you want to thank in a way they'll actually remember, and fishing buddies who keep talking about "someday" getting out on the lake. When the recipient calls or messages us, we walk them through the season and what's biting best-whether that's summer walleye, spring trout, or a mixed‑bag outing. From there, we lock in their preferred date, explain what to bring, and answer any questions so they feel relaxed and ready before they ever step aboard.
Gift certificates are valid toward any standard 4‑ or 6‑hour charter during our May through October season. All the usual perks apply: use of our Great Lakes rods and reels, tackle, and bait for the type of trip they choose, plus the comfort of our Tiara 2700 charter boat with private restroom and plenty of room to move around.
Payment for the certificate is simple: standard credit cards are accepted; a 3.5% / $5.25 processing fee is added and is non‑refundable. The balance of the trip is settled on the day of the outing.
If you'd like, we can email a certificate you can print or forward, so you have something to hand them when the time comes. It's a flexible, hassle‑free way to give someone real time on the water instead of another thing to put on a shelf.
