All trolling outings; bait, tackle, rods and reels are supplied as we run multi rod spreads that gives us multi chances for targeted fish.
Walleye and Bass Drift Fishing Charters
For Walleye drift fishing we do not supply rod and reel, bring your favorite rod and reel with fresh 10-12# line, we supply nightcrawlers, jigs and worm harnesses. Bring a small tackle with some of your best walleye swim baits, jigging spoons.
For Bass drift fishing we do not supply rod and reel, bring your favorite rod and reel with fresh 10-12# line, we supply minnows and jigs. Bring a small tackle with some of your best bass swim baits and jigging spoons.
Info About Mate
Mate on board helps run back of the boat, setting up, netting fish, cleaning the boat etc. Please tip the mate for their service as the mate works hard to help make your outing memorable. Please tip mate, the average tip is 10- 15% of charter cost.
What to Bring
- Current PA state fishing license with Lake Erie stamp is available per day or season. A Trout/Salmon stamp is needed if you want to target them and to keep any incidental Trout or Salmon we may catch trolling for walleye.
- Soft soled shoes, sandals, Camera
- Lunch and can or plastic beverages, no glass, can beer ok, cooler to store food and beverage
- Suntan/screen lotion
- Proper clothing for day and rain gear
- Motion sickness medication or alternative if needed, starting the day before outing seems to work best, you may want to consult your doctor if this is safe for you.
- Cooler to transport fish home
- Good weather
- What not to bring: Bananas {bad luck}
